We are looking for a candidate to search for new clients to introduce our products/services and offering technical advice in a manufacturing environment to customers in Japan. You will have the responsibility of negotiating sales, managing and interpreting customer requirements or needs and to develop your skills working with a variety of customers and applications. Your challenge is to be able to persuade the clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs, offering pre and after-sales technical assistance of our products and on the application in industrial manufacturing conditions. The challenge is developing long-term relationships with clients and to be the first and best option for our customers.
Training is mainly provided in the Japan, but will also be supported within the Group. 


- Japanese: Mother Tongue level
- English: Intermediate level
- Travel availability within Japan
- Driver’s License
- Working in an industrial manufacturing factory condition 
- Any engineering background
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Team working capability
- Problem solving skills
